Maura Gladys

A native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Maura Gladys is entering her sophomore year at Ithaca College as a journalism major. At Ithaca she’s the sports editor of Imprint Magazine, an online college life magazine, and is involved with Ithaca’s television station, ICTV. She’s also a youth soccer coach and volunteers at a local elementary school. Upon graduation, Maura hopes to become involved in sports journalism, but is unsure whether it will be print or broadcast, or even her dream job at Sports Illustrated. However, she’s in no rush to leave college anytime soon. Maura is an avid Philadelphia Phillies and New York Jets fan and enjoys playing soccer in her spare time.
