Taylor Trudon
Taylor Trudon is a junior Journalism major at the University of Connecticut and is proud to be a 2009 NYWICI Scholarship recipient. Currently Associate Commentary Editor of UConn’s student newspaper, The Daily Campus, she is also co-founder and COO of UConn TOMS Shoes, which provides shoes to children in need. Taylor is a Big Sister at her school’s Big Brother Big Sister program, and is excited to be a contributing writer to Her Campus Magazine this coming year. Having just completed an editorial internship at Hartford Magazine, Taylor hopes this will bring her closer to her dream of becoming a women’s magazine writer and editor in NYC (Hi Ann!). She loves being part of the NYWICI sisterhood and the fabulous women she has met through the organization.
